Directions
From Inverness, cross the Kessock Bridge and continue on the A9, following signs for Ullapool. At Tore roundabout, join the A835 which will take you to Ullapool and on to Ledmore junction. At Ledmore turn left for Lochinver on the A837. On reaching Lochinver, drive through the village and turn left at Culag Bridge onto the unclassified road signposted for Achiltibuie. Look out for the sign 'Inverkirkaig'. Drive down the hill past the minor road on the right and, approximately 75 yards from Inverkirkaig Bay, turn right into the drive signed 'Valhalla' which leads to the white house on the shoreline. 'Linga' is the second chalet on the right.

Allow just over 2 hours driving time from Inverness (more if you wish to stop and take photos!).
